About The Position

We are looking for our next great team member to join us as a full-time AM Server in the 11 Waters fine dining restaurant. Marriott Syracuse Downtown seeks full-time AM Server to greet and serve the guests according to standards.

Requirements

• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Communicate well with guests.
• Willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties.
• Be a team player.
• Understand & believe that every Crescent associate is a guest relations ambassador, every working minute of every day.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to service manual.
• Do all necessary set-up and side work as assigned.
• Answer any guest questions about the menu.
• Check food before serving it to guest to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
