About The Position

ProMach's AM Parts Sales Rep is responsible for driving sales of agricultural machinery parts within a designated territory for MBF North America Inc. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing expert product knowledge, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements

  • Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of industrial machinery parts sales experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and standard office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and occasionally high-stress environment
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed parts sales targets.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers, dealers, and service centers.
  • Provide accurate and timely quotes for parts, ensuring competitive pricing and availability.
  • Offer technical assistance and product knowledge to customers regarding agricultural machinery parts.
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately, coordinating with logistics and inventory teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales approaches.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Attend industry trade shows, events, and customer visits as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., service, marketing, inventory) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
