About The Position

Marsden Services is seeking a Full-Time AM Operations Supervisor to assist the Site Operations Manager in overseeing a team that executes a high level of customer care for a significant account within assigned regions. This role drives the Leadership Engagement Growth & Safety (LEGS) strategy of the Company. The Shift Supervisor oversees all daily operations with management staff, focusing on operations, quality, safety, and account management, while also assisting in managing and developing the team. The position involves building a strong and safe culture and working environment for direct reports, supervising and coordinating worker activities, inspecting work for quality, conducting new hire training, and ordering supplies. The individual will be responsible for 5 buildings and will perform nightly audits, safety audits, safety meetings, new hire training, and end-of-shift reports, as well as inventory control. The role requires the ability to lead a team of 6 staff.

Requirements

  • You must be 18 years old.
  • A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
  • You must have a valid driver's license.
  • Able to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Must be able to bend, stand on feet for long periods of time, lift up to 40lbs, communicate with Account Manager and Night Shift Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises and coordinates activities of workers at the job site.
  • Inspects work performed by employees to ensure quality is up to specifications and established standards.
  • Conducting new hires trainings.
  • Ordering supplies.
  • Responsible for 5 buildings.
  • Nightly audits, safety audits, safety meetings, training new hire, ability to lead a team of 6 staff.
  • Communicate with Account Manager and Night Shift Supervisor.
  • End of shift reports, and inventory control.
