Support Room Attendants by delivering linens, towels, amenities, and supplies in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas, closets, and service corridors Remove soiled linens, trash, and recyclables from guest room floors and public areas Clean and maintain public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and back-of-house areas Assist with deep cleaning projects, including carpet care, floor care, and special assignments Respond promptly to guest and housekeeping requests, including additional supplies or service needs Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas are properly stocked at all times Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items according to hotel procedures Support laundry operations as needed, including transporting linens to and from laundry areas Follow all Hilton safety, cleanliness, and brand standards consistently
