The AM Dishwasher is responsible for operating the dishwasher to properly clean all dishes and cooking utensils used in the kitchens, restaurants, and banquets. This role also involves scrubbing pots, re-stocking supplies in assigned areas, and performing general kitchen cleaning duties, including cleaning and mopping of kitchen floors and trash removal. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
