About The Position

Dunkin’ is seeking dedicated and reliable Team Members to help open the store, beginning as early as 4:00 AM for a 5:00 AM opening. This role suits people who enjoy morning hours and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Team Members serve guests, prepare food and beverages, maintain the store, and collaborate with coworkers and shift leaders. Evening availability until 11:00 PM is a plus, and weekend or holiday work may be required. Previous food service or quick-service restaurant experience is helpful but not required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual, with reliable transportation.
• Must be available to work as early as 4:00 AM for opening shifts.
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
