As we open our new Texas plant, we are seeking skilled Aluminum Welders to support the fabrication of precision aluminum enclosures used in backup power generation systems. Job Summary The Aluminum Welder is responsible for welding, fitting, cutting, fabricating, and assembling aluminum components and enclosure structures using MIG welding and related fabrication techniques. This position ensures welds meet quality standards, engineering specifications, and customer requirements while supporting production schedules and operational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong welding skills, the ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings, and experience working with aluminum materials, fabrication tools, and welding equipment.
