Requirements

  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ethical decision making
  • Ability to work in a team environment with emphasis on collaboration with both clients and other internal service teams.
  • BS/BA degree required.
  • Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience, preferably in financial services industry
  • Experience in working with payments required
  • Proficiency with Treasury Management Systems

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of Associates and Officers, ensuring compliance with FTTOP, Travel Rule, operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Review dashboards and reports at the end of the day to confirm completeness and sign off on applicable checklists.
  • Address questions and escalations from the team.
  • Manage hiring and training of new team members.
  • Initiate and approve client wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
  • Identify input errors or potentially suspicious transaction activity and take appropriate action.
  • Serve as the primary contact and escalation point for operational issues.
  • Address and resolve inquiries from clients and internal teams promptly, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Participate in client calls, investor due diligence meetings, and internal discussions.
  • Coordinate the implementation of new clients, funds, systems, and processes.
  • Assist with client conversions and other strategic projects.
  • Maintain and monitor open items, issue logs, and project lists.
  • Implement system enhancements and conduct business unit acceptance testing for treasury applications.
  • Identify and implement consistent operational best practices to drive efficiency and compliance.
