The Vice President, Operations provides executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for a broad portfolio of clinical ancillary and non-clinical support services across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, safe, efficient, and patient-centered services that support clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and the overall patient and employee experience. The position serves as a key member of the senior leadership team and partners closely with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to advance organizational goals. Requirements

Bachelors degree required
Masters degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, with significant responsibility for ancillary and/or support services.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-department operations within an acute care or integrated health system environment.
Proven record of financial management, quality improvement, and team leadership at a senior level.
Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Deep understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
Ability to lead change, manage complexity, and drive results in a matrixed organization
