We are seeking an experience Vice President of Operations. Position Overview The Vice President of Operations is responsible for leading a geographically assigned janitorial operations portfolio, with full accountability for service delivery, client satisfaction, financial performance, and people leadership. This role ensures consistent execution of operational standards, safety protocols, and quality expectations across the assigned book of business. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations, the Vice President serves as a senior operational leader and escalation point, driving performance, resolving complex issues, and strengthening client relationships. Success in this role requires strong operational judgment, financial discipline, and the ability to lead teams through accountability, structure, and partnership.
