About The Position

Noble Capital Group is a Texas-based alternative investment manager focused on real estate, private lending, and private equity investments. Our team works directly with investors, business owners, operators, and investment professionals to identify opportunities, manage assets, and create long-term value. Our mission is simple: Grow People. Grow Capital. Grow Companies. We are seeking an ambitious, analytical, and highly organized professional who wants to build a career in investments, real estate, fund management, and private equity. This position offers hands-on exposure to investment analysis, financial modeling, portfolio management, investor relations, acquisitions, real estate development, fund operations, and capital raising. This is not a traditional back-office analyst role. The Alternative Investment Analyst will work directly with senior investment professionals and gain exposure to the full investment lifecycle. On any given day, you may analyze investment opportunities, build financial models, assist with investor communications, support acquisition due diligence, coordinate with property managers, track development projects, or help manage investment funds. This opportunity is ideal for an early-career professional seeking accelerated learning and broad investment experience.
