About The Position

Chestnut Mountain Resort is looking for Alpine Slides Staff members. Staff members are responsible for providing a safe & exciting environment for people of all ages. Employees will need to ensure all safety & operating procedures are met on all activities.

Requirements

• Lift at least 60lbs

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Eager to learn new facets of the job
• Maintain a calm demeanor in stressful and emergency situations
• Assist with other team members in daily opening and closing procedures while maintaining a friendly environment
• Ensure safety and operating procedures are met daily including logs and paperwork
• All members will be cross trained and help other areas at the resort plus any other duties assigned
• Be able to withstand variable weather conditions for long periods
• Provide exceptional customer service, able to stand for long periods of time, and is effective in communicating with guests and coworkers
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
