We are Techmer PM — the world’s foremost materials design firm, creating custom polymers that make up essential products. Through our long-standing partnerships with processors, original equipment manufacturers, and product designers, we’ve worked for decades to tackle manufacturing and business challenges through sustainable, future-minded solutions. We are currently seeking an Allocations Supervisor for our Rancho Dominguez, California location.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience working in warehouse and inventory

Nice To Haves

Specific knowledge of warehousing and lay-out is a plus
Prior supervisory experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Inventory Management
Staff Development
Equipment Training and Certification
Safety and 5S
Miscellaneous
Ability to plan and execute the flow of material to and from production
Monthly Silo Reconciliation
Research of batch ticket discrepancies
Inventory accuracy
Managing allocations manpower for plants
