About The Position

The Allocation and Replenish Analyst develops sales forecasts and analyzes demand for assigned departments. The role evaluates seasonality and inventory needs, works with buyers and planners to track and execute inventory plans, and recommends adjustments to inventory targets and replenishment strategies. The analyst monitors inventory and forecast performance, optimizes merchandise flow from distribution centers to stores, and supports vendor coordination and process improvement projects.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Develop sales forecasts and conduct demand forecast analysis for assigned departments.
Provide insights into seasonality trends to optimize sales opportunities, coordinating with buyers and planners on inventory-plan tracking and execution.
Determine optimal inventory positions for each SKU.
Analyze data and recommend increases or decreases to inventory targets.
Establish safety stock targets.
Collaborate with relevant partners to support recommendations.
Adjust forecasts and replenishment strategies proactively to optimize inventory investment.
Establish, maintain, report, and analyze KPIs for forecast accuracy, demand variability, inventory, and backorders.
Optimize merchandise inventory flow from distribution centers to stores.
Monitor purchase order shipping windows to support timely shipments and serve as the primary contact for existing vendors.
Work on department-sponsored projects and process improvements.
Support vendor collaboration by sharing forecast data.
Execute purchase orders to suppliers based on inventory needs.
