About The Position

As we scale our global partnerships, the Gong and Microsoft alliance is a key driver of our growth. We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Alliance Manager to work directly with our Microsoft Partner Leader. This role is an operational engine of our partnership, focused on flawlessly executing our co-sell and Microsoft partner strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience including time in a relevant role such as alliances, channel sales, or partner operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Direct, hands-on experience with the Microsoft Marketplace and Co-sell program is a significant plus and will set you apart.
  • A master of execution with an "Act Now" mentality. You have a proven track record of being proactive, managing projects flawlessly, and cutting through ambiguity to get things done without waiting for direction.
  • An excellent communicator and relationship-builder. You can confidently enable internal sales teams, build strong rapport with Microsoft counterparts, and collaborate effectively across all levels.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven. You are proficient with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) and are comfortable building reports and dashboards to track KPIs and demonstrate the business impact of the partnership.
  • An owner’s mentality because you "Want More" for the team and the partnership. You are endlessly curious, eager to learn, and passionate about exceeding expectations and helping the team achieve its goals together.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and the Microsoft Partner Leader to execute joint campaigns, webinars, and events that generate new pipeline and increase Gong's visibility within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Act as the internal champion and subject matter expert for all things Microsoft co-sell. You'll create documentation, run trainings, and provide hands-on support to Gong’s Account Executives on how to best leverage Microsoft programs and funding to win deals.
  • Be the central point of contact for the Microsoft Partner Center. You'll manage the submission, tracking, and reporting of co-sell opportunities, working to remove friction and accelerate joint deals with the Microsoft field sales team.
  • Meticulously track and report on all partnership KPIs, including marketplace revenue, co-sell pipeline, and program ROI. You will deliver regular insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Own the day-to-day management of our Microsoft Marketplace presence, including private offer creation, deal registration, and listing updates, to ensure a seamless and efficient transaction process for our customers and sales team.
