About The Position

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) is seeking an Allergy Nurse for its Haddonfield office. The role provides care to patients of all ages in a supportive environment that promotes professional growth and teamwork among health care providers. The position is open to licensed RNs or LPNs, including new graduates. Hourly rates are $33.09 for LPNs, $40 for RNs, and $42.68 for BSNs. The schedule is Monday 8:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m., Tuesday 8:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Wednesday 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Saturday hours may be scheduled when the physician has hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The schedule is subject to change based on the physician’s schedule. ENTA is a large ENT, Allergy, and Audiology practice with more than 475 clinicians across over 70 clinical locations in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Its services include adult and pediatric ENT and allergy care, voice and swallowing services, advanced sinus and skull base surgery, facial plastics and reconstructive surgery, inner ear and dizziness treatment, asthma-related services, diagnostic audiology and hearing aid dispensing, and sleep and CT services.

Requirements

Active RN or LPN license; new graduates are welcome to apply.
BLS/CPR certification.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Ability to work well in a team.

Competence working with computers.

Responsibilities

Administer allergy injections and monitor patients.
Perform allergy testing, including food, environmental, venom, drug, and chemical testing.
Conduct pulmonary function testing.
Assist the physician with patient care.
Complete administrative responsibilities, including insurance approvals, data entry, and restocking clinical supplies.
Respond to patient calls and messages.
