About The Position
Schweiger Dermatology & Allergy Group is expanding its Allergy & Immunology division and seeking experienced Allergy & Immunology Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join their team. The goal is to offer allergy services in over 50 clinics by the end of 2026. This role offers a supportive, collaborative care model with streamlined immunotherapy support and flexible scheduling. Providers will work in a multidisciplinary setting alongside experienced dermatologists, nurses, and medical assistants, focusing on patient care without administrative overload. Dedicated immunotherapy coordinators and a shared lab will handle food and aeroallergen mixing and delivery, eliminating the need for in-office prep. The compensation model is growth-oriented, with a competitive base salary and a bonus structure rewarding long-term success. Requirements
- Board-Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Active state license
- Experience in Allergy and Immunology
- Experienced in patient-centered allergy and asthma care
- Interested in collaborative, integrative care alongside dermatology providers
- Eager to grow with a forward-thinking organization that values innovation and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care.
- Focus on delivering exceptional patient care without administrative overload.
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary setting alongside experienced dermatologists, nurses, and medical assistants.
- Provide allergy and asthma care.
- Contribute to the expansion of the allergy division within an integrated specialty model.
- Deliver outstanding patient experiences with empathy and expertise.
