All-Source Intelligence Analyst
About The Position
The role of an all-source analyst has become increasingly meaningful due to the explosion of available information from connected devices, larger storage capacity, and faster connections. The challenge for the intelligence community is no longer acquiring data, but understanding how to transform it into actionable answers. This position requires critical thinking and flexibility to identify accurate data sources, sift through raw data, and convert it into valuable intelligence. The analyst will explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to help clients understand their mission and operational landscape. Responsibilities include validating information, applying client tradecraft, and building assessments for DoD customers. This role offers opportunities for professional growth, skill development in strategic all-source regional analysis, and sharing methodologies with other analysts. The team focuses on collective growth to deliver optimal customer support, with resources available for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. The goal is to provide the right information at the right time to support warfighters and national leaders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with research and analysis
- Experience with the CENTCOM AOR
- Experience with ICD 203 tradecraft standards
- Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience with all-source analysis
- Associate's degree and 4+ years of experience with all-source analysis
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analysis
Nice To Haves
- 4+ years of experience as a strategic all-source intelligence analyst
- Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization
- Knowledge of the intelligence cycle
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing
- Willingness to learn
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
