About The Position

All-Source Intelligence Analyst The Opportunity: With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As an All-Source Intelligence Analyst, you use your specialized experience and attention to detail to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills. As an All-Source Analyst on our team, you will perform ICD-compliant analysis with a focus on supporting the U.S. nuclear enterprise. You will analyze the current and anticipated military capabilities of foreign nations and craft analysis to support U.S. programs to mitigate future threats. You will participate in collection activities supporting strategic and tactical intelligence priorities and responses to military contingency operations and support analysis of missiles and delivery systems, advanced weapons, and related military activities and operations. You will generate analytic lines and written intelligence products in accordance with IC tradecraft standards using a wide range of intelligence resources and tools, brief analysis to senior DoD leaders, and produce white papers and short- and long-term assessments. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, U.S. government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis training
  • Experience authoring products utilizing ICD 203 and ICD 206 tradecraft standards
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products, ad hoc reports, and formal or informal briefings
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • HS diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience with analysis, or Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience with analysis

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with all-source intelligence analysis and production in support of the U.S. nuclear enterprise or the National Labs
  • Experience working with U.S. military operations
