About The Position

As an all-source intelligence analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production. As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you'll produce strategic-level assessments and products. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with research and analysis
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing foreign military force capabilities
  • Knowledge of EUCOM AOR
  • Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients, including tactical to strategic levels, and actionable leads
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ years of experience as a strategic all-source intelligence analyst
  • Experience with ICD 203
  • Knowledge of the intelligence cycle
  • Ability to demonstrate a willingness to learn
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
