All-Source Analyst � Mid (INDOPACOM)
About The Position
Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level All-Source Analyst to use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on operational environment considerations. A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to: Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of experience with defense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.
- Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards.
- Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
Responsibilities
