About The Position

We are looking for a mid All Source Analyst to join our team onsite at DIA. This role involves conducting analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. The analyst will provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements. A key aspect of this role is the ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.

Requirements

• Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and related political issues, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• Active TS/SCI clearance (preference will be given to candidates with an in-scope CI poly)
• HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with analysis, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with analysis

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of South America, Central America, and/or the Caribbean
• Ability to work independently while applying government policy guidance
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
