About The Position

As an Order of Battle all-source analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on naval joint capabilities. As an Order of Battle (OOB) Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client by providing production on foreign military forces order of battle and catalog OB findings in the modernized integrated database (MIDB) and Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) database records. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address developmental and fielded foreign weapon systems and equipment. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset in areas like analysis, writing, and communication. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. Requirements

Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)
Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, such as complex written products and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with all-source analysis, or 12+ years of experience with all-source analysis in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience with order of battle analysis
Experience with specialized training such as OSINT or GEOINT
Knowledge of conventional weapons systems
Knowledge of ICD 203 and 206 analytic tradecraft standards
Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR

Responsibilities
