About The Position

The Opportunity: With all the information available today, it takes a skilled all-source analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government and military every day, we need an intelligence analyst like you to do just that. As a Military Capabilities All-Source Analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on military capabilities. As a Military Capabilities All-Source Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client by providing production that studies the complexity of adversarial systems. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the MILCAP problem set with a specific focus on developments and trends. Requirements

Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems
Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)
Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables such as complex written products and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with all-source analysis, or 12+ years of experience with all-source analysis in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience as an all-source military capabilities analyst
Knowledge of conventional weapon systems
Knowledge of ICD 203 or 206 analytic tradecraft standards
Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR

Responsibilities

Conduct all-source analytic production on military capabilities.
