About The Position

Join the Nalley Consulting team as an All Source Analyst. This role focuses on providing production on foreign military forces order of battle and cataloging OB findings in the modernized integrated database (MIDB) and Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) database records. You will use your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats to produce strategic-level assessments and products that address developmental and fielded foreign weapon systems and equipment. As an authority on your topic, you will be responsible for comprehensive production, often under pressure.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance.
Willingness to take polygraph.
Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS).
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with all-source analytics, or 12+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.

Nice To Haves

Current CI poly conducted within the past seven years.
3+ years in order of battle analysis.
Knowledge of conventional weapons systems.
Experience with OSINT, GEOINT, or other specialized training.
Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards.
Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR.

Responsibilities

Provide production on foreign military forces order of battle.
Catalog OB findings in the modernized integrated database (MIDB) and Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) database records.
Produce strategic-level assessments and products that address developmental and fielded foreign weapon systems and equipment.
Develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.
