About The Position

E&M Technologies, Inc. is seeking an MID All Source Analyst to join their team in Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC. This role supports the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office (DRI) by cataloging and analyzing military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources. The analysis supports U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition officials. The position involves assessing, interpreting, forecasting, and explaining national security issues and developments, and providing all-source analytic support to various defense intelligence activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or 7+years of equivalent experience.
Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
Experience in multi-int research in a TS/SCI environment
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI clearance

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience with All-Source Analysis
Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
Knowledge of the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB)
Experience in MIDB as a responsible producer
Knowledge of combatant commands

Responsibilities

Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
