About The Position

All Source Analyst, Mid Level. This position is located at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling and requires a TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance. It is a full-time, immediate opening with shift work required. The role involves providing technical, analytic, and investigative support to client partner agencies, identifying and attributing adversary infrastructure, and enhancing technical support to client field offices to counter foreign cyber threats. Responsibilities include all-source analysis, open-source research, raw packet capture or NetFlow analysis, and coordination with law enforcement and intelligence community peers.

Requirements

  • A current & active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience required OR HS/GED and a 17+ years experience
  • Experience with all-source intelligence analysis and production on foreign national cyber military capabilities and foreign use of cyberspace, including but not limited to doctrine, intent, operations, supporting services and infrastructure, and vulnerabilities
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
  • Experience with authoring current DoD product lines and utilizing ICD 203 trade craft standards
  • Experience with producing vector map products and conducting network analysis using geo­enabled processes
  • Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization
  • Knowledge of the intelligence cycle
  • Knowledge of the following AOR: the Americas
  • Experience with Transnational Organized Crime and Narcotics

Responsibilities

  • Produce technical, analytic, and investigative support to client partner agencies
  • Provide clients and partner agencies with the attribution and identification of new adversary infrastructure to conduct extensive US partner agency engagement and document developments and findings
  • Enhance technical support to client field offices and other intelligence partner agencies to identify and counter foreign cyber threats against U.S. information systems, infrastructure, and cyber-related interests
  • Create intelligence community reporting by performing all source analysis and open-source research to support ongoing investigations and intelligence collection
  • Perform raw packet capture or NetFlow analysis while developing innovative ways to exploit data
  • Coordinate actively with law enforcement, counterintelligence, and intelligence community peers to provide a greater comprehension of Cyber threats
