About The Position

Join the Nalley Consulting team as an All Source Analyst. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, or 7+ years of experience with intelligence analysis in lieu of a degree. The position is located at the Pentagon and involves shift work. The analyst will be responsible for generating finished all-source intelligence products, providing collection research and analysis, identifying intelligence gaps, and employing Intelligence Community analytic standards. A key aspect of the role is the ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with intelligence analysis OR 7+ years of experience with intelligence analysis in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with the INDOPACOM and/or CENTCOM AOR
  • Experience with ICD 203 compliant intelligence analysis
  • Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments
  • Finished intelligence experience
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • TS/SCI with CI poly clearance

  • Experience working in a Joint Staff environment
  • Experience briefing senior defense clients.

Responsibilities

  • Generate finished all source intelligence products that adhere to client and IC standards using a multi-discipline approach.
  • Provide collection research, analysis and recommendations regarding liaison efforts with operational and support elements, external intelligence agencies to foster an environment of cooperation and sharing of information to better develop future products.
  • Identify gaps in available intelligence information and engages with other collection managers on strategies to meet intelligence requirements through Intelligence Community collection disciplines.
  • Employ Intelligence Community analytic standards and appropriate tradecraft, methodologies and techniques and applies specialized subject matter expertise to prepare assessments of current threats and trends for consumers from senior US officials to state and local and private sector customers.
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.
