About The Position

This position requires an All Source Analyst with a focus on Nuclear Analysis to join the Nalley Consulting team. The role involves conducting analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues and developments. The analyst will provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements, specifically supporting a Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) program. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or missile programs, and the ability to produce and comply with IC tradecraft standards. This role also requires the ability to define comprehensive research approaches, conduct in-depth analysis of analytic operations, and articulate key findings clearly.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI and current CI poly required
  • At least 8 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category
  • Understanding of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or missile programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce and comply with IC tradecraft standards.
  • Demonstrate ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
  • Demonstrate in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
  • Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
  • Support client analytical requirements for the execution of a Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) program.
