All-Source Analyst, Mid

About The Position

As a counterproliferation analyst, you use your specialized experience and attention to detail to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As an All-Source Analyst on our team, you will perform ICD-compliant analytic production with a focus on supporting U.S. acquisitions. You will analyze the current and anticipated military capabilities of foreign nations and craft analysis to support U.S. acquisitions programs to mitigate future threats. You will participate in collection activities supporting strategic and tactical intelligence priorities and responses to military contingency operations, and support analysis of missiles and delivery systems, advanced weapons, and related military activities and operations. You will generate analytic lines and written intelligence products in accordance with IC tradecraft standards, using a wide range of intelligence resources and tools, briefing analysis to senior DoD leaders, and producing whitepapers and short and long-term assessments. Requirements

  • Experience with DoD and IC all-source analysis tools
  • Experience collecting and analyzing all-source intelligence data, including on technical topics such as CBRNE or advanced conventional weapons to create compliant intelligence products
  • Experience with intelligence organizations across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise
  • Experience with ICD 203 and ICD 206 compliant production
  • Ability to define problems, refine key intelligence questions, conduct studies and analysis, and respond to customers’ requests for information (RFI)
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and working with intelligence systems and tools, or 7+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and working with intelligence systems and tools in lieu of degree
