About The Position

Tansky Sawmill Toyota is hiring a motivated, dependable Alignment Technician for its high-volume Toyota Service Center. The technician performs vehicle alignments and related inspections and maintenance, follows Toyota repair procedures and dealership quality standards, and works with Service Advisors to communicate recommended repairs and safety concerns. Requirements

• Previous automotive repair or alignment experience is preferred.
• Basic understanding of steering, suspension, and tire systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to learn and pursue additional Toyota technical training.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with computerized alignment equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform two-wheel and four-wheel alignments using computerized alignment equipment.
• Inspect steering and suspension components for wear, damage, and necessary repairs.
• Diagnose vehicle pulling, uneven tire wear, steering wheel alignment, and handling concerns.
• Adjust camber, caster, and toe to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform tire rotations, balancing, and related maintenance as needed.
• Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional recommended repairs or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow Toyota repair procedures and dealership quality standards.
