About The Position
As Game Manager, you will act as the gym monitor and event manager for Abundant Life Christian School's middle and high school volleyball and basketball games. This role involves assisting with game setup, managing pregame procedures for varsity games, hosting officials and visiting teams, supervising facilities and spectators, providing basic first aid, and ensuring the gym is returned to an orderly condition post-event. Applicants must agree with Abundant Life Christian School's Statement of Faith.
Requirements
- Responsible, dependable person over age 21
- Background check required

- No prior game management experience required
Responsibilities
- Assist the Athletic Director and players in setting up the gym before the game (scoreboard, bleachers, etc)
- Manage pregame procedures for high school varsity games (music, starting lineups, national anthem, making sure the game starts on time, etc.)
- Host officials and visiting team(s)
- Supervise facilities and spectators throughout the entire event from open to close
- Assist with basic first aid resources/needs (band aids, ice, etc.)
- Clean up and return gym and facility to orderly condition
