About The Position

Crabtree Brands is a dynamic and growing organization focused on creating a positive and productive work environment. We are looking for an Alcohol Enabler for High Spirits retail store located in Poulsbo, WA. Candidates MUST BE 21 or OLDER in order to obtain a Class 12 MAST permit to serve alcohol. As an Alcohol Enabler (Cashier / Stocker) at High Spirits, your primary role is selling the products we stock. That means learning about the products and developing relationships with our customers that make them want to return. We expect you to be on the floor engaging with customers while keeping the products stocked and the store maintained to company standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Self-Motivated
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation
• Capable multitasking
• A passion for customer service
• Time Management Skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to lift at least fifty (50) pounds
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment for long periods of time
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits
• Thirst for knowledge
• Follow directions well

Responsibilities

• Sales and customer engagement
• Stocking shelves

• Performing general maintenance
• Maintaining the store's overall appearance
• Staying informed about all liquor laws
• Adhering to all policies regarding the safe sale of tobacco and alcohol
