About The Position

Solucient Security is hiring new Alarm Monitoring & Customer Support Representatives to join their second shift team. This is a full-time opportunity with starting pay of $15/hour, plus a $1 per hour shift premium for hours worked between 6pm-6am. The role involves specializing in commercial and residential alarm monitoring. As a member of the Central Station Monitoring team, you will notify clients of verified alarms, dispatch police and fire authorities, and offer solutions to meet client needs. No industry experience is necessary, as an extensive 4-6 week paid training program is provided to equip you with the necessary skills for handling emergency alarms, procedures, and protocols. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age with High School Education, GED or equivalent.
• 1-2 years customer support-related experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (MS365 a plus).
• A commitment to high standards and customer service excellence.
• Advanced phone skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong data entry/keyboarding skills.
• The capacity to remain calm, empathetic, and supportive while balancing the highest level of attention to detail.
• The ability to follow company protocols and standard operating procedures.
• The desire to exceed expectations and make a difference in the lives of our customers and community.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in primarily commercial and some residential alarm monitoring.
• Notify clients of verified alarms.
• Dispatch police and fire authorities when verified alarms are presented.
• Work with clients directly to offer solutions to ensure their needs have been met.
• Provide focused monitoring on intrusion, fire, life safety alarms for both residential and commercial customers.
• Verify, communicate, and document alarm signals with a commitment to the highest standards of service.
