The Alarm Coordinator will be responsible for dispatching and processing alarm signals, CCTV events, building security events, and alarm-related phone traffic. This role involves maintaining and updating the alarm processing database, making necessary alarm programming changes, documenting and monitoring security events, and assisting alarm users with first-level alarm system problems such as arming, disarming, force arming, and minor malfunctions. Additionally, the coordinator will perform system backups and equipment maintenance.
