AKS / Kubernetes Engineer
About The Position
We are seeking a resource with strong hands-on experience in Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) to support a critical enterprise application environment with growing reliance on containerized workloads. The role will focus on maintaining the stability, performance, and operational efficiency of existing AKS-based solutions, while also supporting the organization’s broader modernization efforts toward a modular microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing, deploying, configuring, and managing AKS environments in production. This includes troubleshooting complex issues, supporting incident resolution, and implementing scalable, resilient platform patterns. The resource will help reduce key-person dependency risk, improve response times for production issues, and provide the technical depth needed to support day-to-day platform operations. In addition, this role will contribute to the modernization of legacy monolithic applications into containerized services. The selected candidate will help establish best practices for Kubernetes operations, deployment automation, observability, and platform governance. Strong experience with Azure cloud services, container orchestration, and production support is essential.
Requirements
