About The Position

This role is responsible for accurately assembling upper receivers and barrel assemblies according to the Bill of Materials. The position requires maintaining high production quality with minimal issues, ensuring parts are handled and cleaned properly before assembly, and adhering to all safety rules and regulations. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Ability to properly use basic hand tools.
• Patience, Persistence, and problem-solving skills
• Must comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• Very high attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality as required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assemble upper receivers and barrel assemblies per the Bill of Materials.
• Maintain accurate and consistent production with little to no quality control issues.
• Produce a quality product without making tooling marks or blemishes.
• Properly handle & clean the parts before assembly.
• Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
