Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing omnichannel customer journey solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). Design scalable end to end AJO architectures leveraging Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, and Journey Optimizer Architect real time journeys, decision flows, triggers, and multichannel orchestration patterns. Configure Data Sources, Datasets, Schemas, Segments, Policies, and Journeys. Efficiently design journey flows in AJO and handle building blocks of marketing communication like email templates, fragments, assets and landing pages. Set up APIs, event forwarding, destinations, and extensions Work with engineering and data teams to ensure quality data pipelines for profile and event ingestion. Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture discussions with stakeholders. Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and solution optimization. Maintain documentation-architecture diagrams, data flows, technical designs, and operational guidelines Perform technically assessment of Emails, Content Blocks, Assets, Journeys in existing system and design a transformation solution to recreate the same functionality in AJO, effectively utilising Segments, Dynamic Content and Personalization features.
