About The Position

SEH is currently searching for an Airports Planning Project Manager to join our talented Airports team. This opportunity involves leading Master Plans and Environmental Reviews and providing planning support throughout the design and construction of airport projects. The role also includes leading pursuits of work in Texas, managing client pursuit strategy, proposal writing, project scoping, and contracting, as well as mentoring less experienced planning staff and managing multi-disciplined teams supporting planning projects.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading master plans at general and commercial airports
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with our team of Airport Planning project managers
• Experience planning team workloads, mentorship, team best practices, tracking industry guidance/changes, etc.
• Ability to support general aviation project planning for existing clients in general and commercial spaces across multiple geographies
• The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with TXDOT projects and relationships with TXDOT staff and TX Airports
• Ability to work successfully as a seller-doer
