Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
This is a primarily driving post.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
21 + Years of Age
Valid Driver's License
Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
Must also have the ability to pass a federal background check for DOT

Nice To Haves

A guard card and/or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter access points, with attention to changing conditions across the location.
Monitor entry and exit activity at designated areas and help to deter unauthorized access by following established post orders and escalation procedures.
Support security-related operations at a government transportation location by communicating clearly with the public and/or site contacts regarding directions, rules, and incident-related concerns.
