As an Airport Security Officer Patrol: Security Presence in Kahului, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government airport location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to travelers and airport personnel. Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
• 1+ years of Security Experience
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and tenants by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at an airport location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, roadways, perimeter zones, and other assigned areas to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access attempts or restricted-area concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate airport personnel and emergency responders as directed.
• Prepare clear, timely reports on patrol observations, incidents, and security-related activities, and maintain professional communication with site personnel and the public.
