About The Position

Unifi is seeking Airport Janitorial team members in Boston to clean and sanitize airport areas, restock supplies, remove trash, and safely handle cleaning solutions and equipment. No prior experience is required, and paid training is provided. The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to obtain credentials required by airport, state, or customs authorities, and the ability to meet the stated physical demands. Employees must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime, and work outdoors in weather that may include severe seasonal conditions.

Requirements

No experience is required; paid training is provided.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport, state, or customs authorities.
Valid driver’s license.
Must be able to frequently lift and carry more than 70 pounds and constantly lift and carry up to 70 pounds.
Must constantly push and pull up to 70 pounds.
Must constantly walk, stand, reach above the shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, and bend.
Must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Must be able and open to work outdoors in weather conditions that may include severe seasonal elements.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize windows, restrooms, surfaces, and trim.
Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, shampooing, or vacuuming.
Replenish supplies in bathrooms and inventory rooms.
Empty trash cans and recycling bins.
Safely prepare cleaning solutions in accordance with chemical specifications.
Lift and carry cleaning equipment, cleaning trays, and cases of supplies to service areas.
Perform other related duties as assigned within the skill and experience capabilities expected for the position.
