Manage 200–250 airport development, planning, and land acquisition projects across 65 airports. Issue and amend state grants, verify project eligibility, process payments, and approve change orders. Track grant status, establish ADOT accounts, and consult with the FAA on joint-funding issues. Assist with the annual 5-year Capital Improvement Project for State Transportation Board approval, reviewing plans and coordinating stakeholder communications. Travel extensively across Arizona to conduct on-site project inspections, ensure grant compliance, and host stakeholder meetings. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
