About The Position
Pacific Aviation is seeking an HR Business Partner to be based near the San Francisco International Airport in Burlingame, CA. This role will involve occasional travel to San Jose, CA, and Seattle, WA. The HRBP will lead the strategy and execution of HR efforts for approximately six teams and 360 employees. Pacific Aviation provides passenger services to airlines across numerous airports nationwide.
Requirements
- Five-plus years of HRBP/HR Manager experience, including HR generalist experience.
- Three-plus years of onboarding and recruiting experience.
- Understanding of total rewards (compensation and benefits) and recognition.
- Knowledge of National and State/Local Employment Laws.
- Five-plus years of hands-on employee relations experience.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.

- PHR/SPHR / SHRM CP/SCP certification.
