Pacific Aviation is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team at LAX as Airline Customer Service Agents. The company is especially looking for bilingual Chinese/English speakers who can turn travel challenges into positive experiences. Pacific Aviation is dedicated to creating seamless airport experiences, and as the friendly face passengers rely on, the Airline Customer Service Agent will be a helping hand ensuring every traveler feels supported and valued. This role involves assisting passengers at check-in and guiding them at the boarding gates, playing a vital role in creating memorable travel moments.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Chinese (conversational and written) and English to provide clear communication and exceptional service.

  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks, from documentation checks to passenger assistance.
  • Availability for part-time shifts, including mornings (8:15 AM - 12:30 PM), and evenings (7:00PM - 11:45 PM) and (7:45PM - 12:15AM). Must be available at least four (4) days per week, including weekends and holidays.
  • A positive attitude and a “whatever it takes” mindset to keep things running smoothly.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Greet passengers with a smile at the check-in counters, ensuring they feel valued from start to finish.
  • Make clear, accurate announcements, check travel documents, and assist with boarding and deplaning for both domestic and international flights.
  • Provide accurate directions, answer questions, and help passengers feel confident navigating the airport.
  • Work closely with teammates, airline personnel, and supervisors to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.
