About The Position

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC is seeking an Airframe Sheet Metal Mechanic II. This is a regular, full-time position that does not have direct reports. The role involves troubleshooting and maintaining various aircraft systems, including structure, landing gear, flight surfaces, controls, and pneumatic systems. The mechanic will also conduct hydraulic systems maintenance, remove and install flight controls, and perform disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of airframe components. Additionally, the position requires servicing aircraft tires and landing gear, performing aircraft jacking and towing, and maintaining a clean work environment. The mechanic will use various measuring tools, conduct daily tool inventories, and strive for efficient work efforts. Foreign Object Damage (FOD) walks are a regular duty. Compliance with DHS/Department of Defense (DOD) documents, publications, safety rules, and regulations is mandatory. The role also includes conducting aircraft operational checks on external and APU power.

Requirements

Require knowledge of and experience performing maintenance on the following aircraft: MV22 / CV22 / CMV22
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, manuals, and specifications to determine requirements.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
Ability to research technical manuals and identify maintenance requirements.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff. Will also routinely interact with external contacts such as customers, vendors, suppliers, shipping companies, etc. Must always represent Yulista in a professional manner.
Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to Yulista’s goals.
Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.
Experience utilizing Nalcomis / OOMA
Ability to operate Portable Hydraulic Power Supply (PHPS)
Knowledge of aircraft composite repair practices and procedures.
High School Diploma or Equivalent with 5 years’ aviation experience with 2 years using military standards and specifications
Ability to pass a drug and background screening.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

FAA A&P preferred
Prior collateral duty inspector (USMC / Navy) or 7 level (Air force)
Previously qualified as APU operator (V22)
Previously Bladefold/Wingstow qualified (V22)

Responsibilities

Follow guidance and direction of lead and supervision.
Troubleshoot malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, and pneumatic systems.
Conduct hydraulic systems maintenance in accordance with approved methods.
Conduct removal and install of flight controls and associated components.
Disassemble and inspect airframe and other components for wear, cracks, security, or other defects. Repair or replace defective parts then reassemble and install in aircraft.
Service and inspect aircraft tires and landing gear.
Perform jacking and towing of aircraft.
Maintain a high state of cleanliness and utilize a clean-as-you-go process when executing maintenance duties.
Utilize measuring tools such as micrometer, dial caliper, grip gauges, feeler gauge and depth gauge.
Perform detailed tool inventories daily.
Strive for efficient work effort in all assigned tasks.
Perform regular Foreign Object Damage (FOD) walks.
Comply with processes and procedures as per DHS/Department of Defense (DOD) documents and publications.
Comply with safety rules and regulations while performing day to day maintenance. Promptly report all accidents, injuries, safety, violations, and/or unsafe practices or procedures to supervisor.
Conduct aircraft operational checks on external and APU power.
