About The Position
Our Client, an Aerospace and Defense company, is looking for multiple Aircraft Welders for their Fort Worth, TX location.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Tig welding experience
- Familiar with D17.1 weld specifications
Responsibilities
- Weld parts and/or assemblies of light gauge material (.032 inches or lighter)
- Weld light gauge material to heavy stock (.090 or thicker)
- Weld assemblies and/or parts requiring welds close to edge (within .25 inches or less) where edge may be readily burned off and part and/or assembly rendered totally useless
- Weld thick stock (.090 or thicker) where part and/or assembly is easily damaged and where any imperfections in penetration of weld are not permissible
