The apprentice mechanic reports to the lead hand to perform aircraft and equipment maintenance related duties as requested.

Requirements

• Grade 12/Secondary 5
• Aircraft Maintenance Technician course at a Transport Canada approved facility
• O-2 years previous aircraft maintenance experience

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Execaire safety policy
• Assist assigned engineers as requested with scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Assist back-up crew with transient aircraft maintenance tasks.
• Maintain all hangar equipment provide details of equipment maintenance accomplished to ensure updating of hangar equipment log book.
• Fuel all company vehicles daily.
• Assist groomers with hangar cleanliness as requested.
• All work accomplished to be supervised by licensed AME's on behalf of maintenance manager.
