About The Position

General Purpose Take-off with Pilatus! If you would like to join a growing organization, we invite you to explore our job opportunity for Aircraft Parts Administrator. In this role you will receive and process incoming orders from Pilatus Service Centers and direct customers for all parts requirements. Provide technical information and answer complex questions in response to inquiries. Develop and maintain relationships with customers by ensuring that all required parts are supplied in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of technical experience related to aviation parts and high school degree or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Professional software
  • Ability to learn and utilize aviation technical software
  • Professional manner, excellent oral/written communication and customer service skills essential
  • Effective interpersonal communication and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize the workload and produce high quality, detailed work on a consistent basis
  • Must meet the criteria of a U.S. person as defined under ITAR 22 CFR 120.62

Nice To Haves

  • Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 knowledge preferred
  • working knowledge of Quantum a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create and/or process Sales Orders for customers
  • Create and/or process Invoices for customers
  • Coordinate efforts to meet AOG and Expedite needs until part is delivered to end customer
  • Act as a liaison between customer and Pilatus for all parts inquiries
  • Process the Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests
  • Process customer direct shipments from Pilatus Aircraft Ltd or vendor
  • Provide price quotes and process price/availability requests from customers
  • Research parts using the IPD, AMM, CMM, or other resources
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Participates in 24/7/365 AOG on call rotation
  • Monitor and process customer open orders
  • Ensure compliance with Pilatus Service Center Policies and Procedures
  • Ensure adherence to Pilatus internal Procedures
  • Alert Accounting of any company that is not current with their account
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
