The position requires working shifts and weekends as required by the CBA, and may involve travel, including international travel for applicable sites. Work may take place in a maintenance shop or outdoors, including austere and all-weather conditions. The environment may be drafty, noisy, dirty, and expose the mechanic to operating equipment, electrical hazards, moving machinery, dirty parts, and lubricants. Personal protective equipment is required.
